I founded a warehouse management software company in 2004. Built it. Sold it in 2020. Stayed on as CEO until 2024.
For two decades, I worked inside mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies. I saw the same patterns everywhere: good ERPs full of valuable data, small teams that couldn't afford dedicated analysts, and critical insights trapped in spreadsheets and tribal knowledge.
